STANDARD BOOTH EQUIPMENT
Each 10’ x 10’ standard booth includes 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drapes, and a 7” x 44” sign indicating company name and booth number. ELECTRICITY, INTERNET, TABLES, CHAIRS, CARPETING, AND OTHER FURNISHINGS ARE NOT INCLUDED, however, they may be purchased or rented separately through Freeman, the official vendor-decorator of LifeScience Alley’s 2012′s Conference.

- To purchase electricity for your exhibit booth for the day of the conference (December 5th, 2012) please download this form and follow the instructions on the order form.
- You can purchase wireless internet through Priority Networks the day of the conference. The cost is $79/device and you will be charged after you log on to the wireless network, register and input your credit card info. Free Wi-Fi will be available outside of the Exhibit Hall in the lobby area.

When can I set up my booth?
Exhibitor move-in times are 11:00 am – 4:00 pm on Tuesday, December 4th, 2012. All exhibits must be fully installed by 4:00 pm the day before the conference.
